Jim has represented state and local agencies in complex projects that include Capital Bond-related programs, alternatively funded municipal projects, and public/private partnerships.

 

He has extensive experience overseeing local economic development strategies and programs, navigating public policy and municipal services, and identifying funding for capital projects, programs and services.
