With over 35 years in the public and private sectors, Jim Westmoreland is experienced in navigating day-to-day issues and projects that involve multiple stakeholders.

 

From local or federally funded programs to projects involving state, local, nonprofit, or civic agencies or representatives, Jim has an ability to convene, collaborate and seek outcomes that are mutually beneficial.

 

As a former City Manager and Nonprofit Executive, Jim has also facilitated functional and strategic board retreats and stakeholder meetings that ensure voices from around the table and community are subscribed.

  • Executive guidance, leadership and support on special and strategic projects

  • Organizational and departmental service assessments

    • State, Federal, Private Sector and Nonprofit agencies

  • Executive guidance and assistance dealing with City, Town, or Nonprofit boards and board retreats (Strategic Communications, Public Involvement Strategies, Crisis Management and Communications, Strategic Process Development, Annual Goal/Priority Setting Sessions and Retreats, and Information Sharing and Follow-up)
